This project presents a comprehensive housing development proposal located in 6th of October City, designed to address contemporary residential needs through an integrated urban approach. The project includes a detailed site analysis, zoning strategy, and architectural design of various housing typologies.
The masterplan is organized around a clear circulation network, combining primary access routes with internal pedestrian-friendly streets. Residential clusters are arranged to maximize privacy, accessibility, and environmental comfort, while maintaining visual coherence across the compound.
A central landscape spine and distributed green pockets enhance community interaction and provide microclimatic benefits. The design emphasizes balanced density, efficient land use, and a hierarchy of open spaces.
Architectural forms adopt a modern yet contextual language, with attention to proportions, materiality, and façade rhythm, creating a cohesive and livable residential environment.
